According to Aberdeenshire Council’s site, “This collection of watercolours, discovered in an attic after Arthur Goodwin’s death, is a celebration of the last decade of his 50 year career. Accomplished and internationally reputed, Goodwin (1922 – 1998) achieved an articulate fluency in his work. As mountaineer , traveller, philosopher and communicator, his unique view of the world, including Scotland, creates a striking and appealing exhibition.”
The exhibition runs at Duff House, Banff from Saturday 12th September 2009 – Sunday 6th December 2009
